TermInjectorPlus

By Tommi Nieminen

TermInjectorPlus is an updated version of the TermInjector plugin for Trados Studio. TermInjectorPlus can be used with most translation providers (translation memories and machine translation providers) available in Trados. TermInjector acts as a wrapper around a translation provider, and it can modify both the source text sent into the translation provider and the output text that the translation provider returns. TermInjectorPlus is adapted from the Edit rules functionality in OPUS-CAT MT Engine (my main open-source project). In TermInjectorPlus, you can define three types of rules: Pre-edit rules: Rules that modify source text before it is sent to a translation provider (translation memory or machine translation engine). These rules can be used to fix source errors or to modify constructions that are difficult for machine translation engines. Post-edit rules: Rules that modify the translations from a translation provider. These rules can be used to fix recurring error in translation provider output. No-match rules: Rules that modify the source text, which are only applied in case a translation provider does not provide a match. These rules can be used for instance to convert dates and numbers and to add translations for parts of the source text. No-match rules can also be used without specifying a translation provider. Regular expressions (.NET regex flavor) can be used in the rules. Rules are organized into rule collections, which can contain any number of rules. :root { --table-striped: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05); --table-border: #dee2e6; --lightgray: #e9ecef; } code { color: black; background-color: var(--lightgray); border-radius: 5px; padding: 1.5px; } blockquote { border-left: 3px solid var(--lightgray); padding-left: 10px; } table { border: 1px solid var(--table-border); border-collapse: collapse; width: 100%; } table th, table td { border: 1px solid var(--table-border); padding: 8px; text-align: left; color: black; } table th { background-color: var(--table-striped); color: black; } table tr:nth-child(even) { background-color: var(--table-striped); color: white; } table tr:nth-child(odd) { background-color: white; color: var(--table-striped); }

Trados Analyse

By Trados AppStore Team

NOTE: This is no longer being maintained. About the app Trados Analyse was the winning idea chosen by you in a competition to develop something Trados Studio users wanted the most. It was based on a simple premise, "get me an analysis as quickly as possible without having to use Studio at all!" It does this and more. When you install the application it does two things: It creates a new view in Studio for analysing files, and It creates a standalone app that does the same thing without Studio running at all Features drag and drop files, or zip files, for analysis use Project Templates to quickly analyse files based on specific customer or domain resources optionally analyse without the need for a TM at all uses the standard Studio reporting formats offers a simplified CSV report format offers "copy to clipboard" to quickly paste the analysis into an email introduces options for reporting by line :root { --table-striped: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05); --table-border: #dee2e6; --lightgray: #e9ecef; } code { color: black; background-color: var(--lightgray); border-radius: 5px; padding: 1.5px; } blockquote { border-left: 3px solid var(--lightgray); padding-left: 10px; } table { border: 1px solid var(--table-border); border-collapse: collapse; width: 100%; } table th, table td { border: 1px solid var(--table-border); padding: 8px; text-align: left; color: black; } table th { background-color: var(--table-striped); color: black; } table tr:nth-child(even) { background-color: var(--table-striped); color: white; } table tr:nth-child(odd) { background-color: white; color: var(--table-striped); }
