Description

Check your translation for style and grammar problems. LanguageTool Plugin is a verification module, which is used to check grammar, spelling, and linguistic errors in the translation. This plug-in integrates the LanguageTool grammar checker into Trados Studio and enables proofreading and grammar checking.

LanguageTool is an Open Source proofreading program for English, French, German, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Catalan, Spanish, Ukrainian and more than 30 other languages. It finds many errors and grammar issues that a simple spell checker cannot detect. To work with a local server you need to install JRE (Java) and download the desktop version of LanguageTool for offline use. Plug-in supports also online public and premium LanguageTool servers.

Instructions and current user guide are inside the app, once downloaded. Please open Studio-> Project Settings-> Verification-> LanguageTool - Grammar and Spell Checker.

Translate with Context. Your AI, Your Rules. Say goodbye to translating isolated sentences that just don't match. TransAIde lets you translate entire documents, preserving the full context for perfectly consistent results. In a nutshell, TransAIde lets you export your source text from Trados Studio, translate the entire document at once using any AI you choose, and then seamlessly import the translation back into your project. The result is a perfectly consistent, context-aware translation, free from the limitations of segment-by-segment work. Core Features: Export source or pre-translated text from Trados Studio. Export text to a simple text file or an AI-optimized JSON format. Export term lists from your Trados Studio project to a text file. Import translated or proofread text from a file or clipboard directly into Trados Studio. Review your AI-translated, revised, or commented text segment-by-segment in a dedicated view in the Trados Studio editor. Key Ways to Use TransAIde: Translate entire documents with full context. Use any AI models you want (e.g., Claude, Gemini, OpenAI). Leverage any NMT systems (DeepL, Lara, etc.). Work your way in AI or NMT systems (chat, projects, API, AI agents, the DeepL app or browser). Create your own prompts or projects with any context, free from CAT tool limitations.
